1. What happens if I don’t pick up the vehicle within my booking time?
If the customer does not pick up the vehicle within 2 hours of the scheduled booking time and fails to update their status, the booking will be automatically cancelled, and the token/advance amount will be non-refundable.

3. Is fuel included with the vehicle?
Customer bears petrol cost; vehicle can reach nearest petrol pump.

One Government Id proof (Pancard or Aadhar card).
6. Tyre puncture or vehicle damage issues?
Beware of tire puncture scams; the customer pays for both tire problems and vehicle damage.

8. Is Token(Pre-Booking) amount refundable?
No.

8 PM - 9 PM everyday.
